Exceptional We have stayed 2 times when we go to Austin and will always book here! What really got us was how nice and welcoming the staff is. Great location as well. We are able walk to the capital and from there get on scooters and ride around downtown. Again, I really how great the staff is! Have never been to a hotel with multiple friendly employees.
Exceptional No free parking. Valet only. Great location! Perfect for first timers. Good view of the city. Within walking distance of 6th street.

Exceptional The only real thing I can say is that the cost of parking is high, but I understand considering it is downtown Austin. The staff was beyond friendly, the wifi was fast, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept through breakfast and didnt care.
Great location to the downtown area. Trafiic was noisy early in the morning.
