Good The room is noisy, as the rooms lead off on an open outside walkway and the noise of people walking past the room makes it less than idea. The location is good if travelling with the Megabus, as the bus stop is within walking distance from the hotel. One can also walk to centre of town from here. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Pleasant NO water when we arrived. Hotel is clearly in need of major renovation. Locaion was good, checkin staff were nice.
