Fair Exterior cleanliness Location
perfect location The carpet looked worn and the entire property seemed in dire need of a facelift
Good I stayed several times here however this time was NO GOOD because no hot water came out and there were several big noises during the night like something crushing in the parking lot. Great location, reasonable price and clean room.

It was fine. Proximity to convenient/bodega store House keeping was great.

Great value for downtown Austin! Bathroom facilities are a bit run down, as in shower/tub doesn't drain well. Just what we needed. Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. And a great value.
