Disappointing There were roaches in the room, and the booking information did not make clear that there was a 25-dollar-per-night mandatory valet parking fee. If I had known that, I would not have selected that accommodation. The reading lamps next to the bed did not work, and it was difficult to get my luggage to my room and then into and out of it, because of the narrow walkways and keyed-entry doors that swung shut too quickly.

Our short stay in Austin For the price of the room, it would have been nice to have has some bottled water in the fridge as a complimentary perk. Water is relatively inexpensive item esp. if the hotel buys in bulk. Often travelers arrive hungry and thirsty and some cold water would make for a good start to a trip! Cleanliness and size of the room.Liked the fact that there was an ironing board and great TV.
Pleasant Paid parking of $25 that was not clear when making reservation. Lobby was under construction and was a mess. Pool was not kept very clean. Close too Capitol. Room was spacious and comfortable.
