Fair Tear down and start over The hotel is a dump that should be torn down. One of the most awful experiences of my life. Not justified to be called a La Quinta. A complete waste of my money. For $ 75 .00 more I could have stayed at the Omni around the corner.
Great location for visiting Austin! Our bed was enormous and really comfy. The breakfast was included and had everything you needed - cereal, yoghurt, fruit, plus facilities to make toast or waffles, and lots of condiments. You could also make tea and coffee at breakfast, in reception, or in your room. It is ideally located for a trip to Austin, Texas, as there is so much to do within walking distance, and this is exactly what we wanted. Everything else was good though . Too high parking though Our bathroom toilet wouldn't flush and the water wouldn't go down after I showered , and they said it would take 5 mins . We waited 40 mins . We called up front and asked the worker can we use another room to shower so we can checkout . She said no we will be charged for another one . Cheap, but a scary location This hotel is in need of a major overhaul.

No frills but location is great! This hotel is older and there are no frills, but expected for the price. The bad was the coffee and continental breakfast. The coffee came out of a convenient store Frappuccino like machine and was horrible. The food was old and stale. The fruit looked like it was a month old. Even worst, there are not very many breakfast establishments downtown....so save your appetite for lunch....many good choices then. The location is perfect.
