President's Day weekend visit to Austin Very noisy, no safe in room, no shuttle service. Location, comfortable room.

Good Because this property has outdoor corridors, and is located in a semi-busy section of the city, traffic noise can be heard. A/C was also loud. Clean room. Friendly staff.

Good value, no frills. Nothing in particular. Facility is old, especially shows it on the outside, but inside is clean and comfortable. Location was most important. Beds were comfortable, staff was pleasant and helpful. Room temperature, which is always a problem for me, was comfortable. No smells!!

Stressful but nice There is mandatory valet parking that is $25 a night. When we got to the room, there was no hot water. Eventually it got fixed. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly.
