I'm very disappointed. I was told when I arrived back to the hotel on my second night of the stay that I had to pay $36 for parking. I was not informed with that and anytime before or during the booking or even my first night stay. Also the first room that they tried to put me in the TV didn't work and there was a live roach in that room. The second room they put me in because the TV didn't work had a working TV which was good but had two dead crickets in it and both rooms had used towels in the bathtubs. meh waffles, location and front desk guy breakfast was meh. Location is Great. The place was rundown and the maid's made the halls uncomfortable with their mess

Disappointing The shower didn’t work properly and water was leaking everywhere. The room was dirty and smelled bad. The hallways were also dirty. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Location was good

Terrible. I can’t believe hotels like this are allowed to operate, and I’m not done yet! I will get my refund! Terrible. Terrible the first room (room 132) that I was given at check-in had no working shower and there was mole in the bathroom. So they moved me to room 130, again mold in the bathroom and the compressor in the AC unit was no good so no AC, and I know this because one of their own employees told us that the front desk knew of the bad AC unit and the mole in the bathroom and the manager still move us t to that ro... read more

Would not recommend this place The room was dirty , lock on the door broken, bed was worn out. Pictures need to be updated on this place because it wasn’t like it was shown on the website. Staff were rude to other customers. Was charged for parking was ridiculous. Never been to a hotel to be charged extra to park my vehicle! Nothing
