Pésimos cuartos sucios Hotel por fuera muy feo y viejo Cuartos sucios, camas y sábanas manchadas con sangre y alfombras con manchas sucias, Regadera con fuga de agua, puerta de baño no cerraba. Nada recomendable Ubicación
Do not stay here This was the worst stay of my life. Everything was dirty. The hotel needs to be shut down. I felt dirty even after I left. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing I could say I liked was the location. Nothing about the hotel was good.

nice staff, but the place itself is dirty as hell. I wouldn't even make my worst enemy stay here. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY!!!!! ROACHES !!!!! Multiple roaches! DI never was fully comfortable or even able to feel safe and comfy in the bed. I literally never got under the covers because after seeing multiple roaches I did not trust the cleanliness of the place. the staff was nice and helpful. Anytime I needed anything at all they never hesitated to assist.
Gross. The “valet parking” Also there was a roach in our room and a very bad smell we had to go buy cleaning supplies to even feel comfortable sleeping there Not much

It would have been appreciated if the hotel provided a couple of complimentary water bottles, There was a serious internet issue during my stay. I checked into the hotel around 3:30 PM, but there was no internet connection until 7:30 PM. Despite multiple complaints, the staff was unable to resolve the issue, claiming it was the responsibility of another company, which they had difficulty contacting.
