Refund Me Immediately Rude, trifling, uncorroborated, disrespectful, racist. Etc. I went to the hotel but got there kinda late. I was told that I couldn't get access to my room because they have an emergency. So I asked for my money back. And was told that I have to go through my third party registration. I then tried to phone the authorities for help and was maced and taken to the hospital and blinded from somewhere around two in the morning until three in the afternoon. Bad Front desk people are very rude someone signed my name on 04/02/2022 wasn't a problem when I checked in it wasn't a problem but they have an employee who thinks she owns it has different rules for employees than she does guess never asked me for anything other than my ID never but all of a sudden it's a 25 dollar security fee on your debit card or a 100 dollars & like I said another employee signed my name yesterday they will never get my business again The price

Worst Quality Inn I have ever stayed at. will be canceling a future reservation. I expect more Had to request another room as there were no privacy curtains. fixtures etc in room and bathroom old, porcelain coming off etc. Didn't feel like my car was safe due to many homeless people. Walks not cleared snow. Front desk staff was helpful Breakfast pretty good for grab and go

Disappointed, in I'll not return. Homeless fighting outside my window. The room wasn't clean, the floors turned my son's white socks BLACK. We left itchy and with welts. Location was great.

Bad I sleep in my van instead of there room if that can tell u anything woke up to a guy asking me was I in room 151 I said why is it because that's my room now somehow he had broken into the room and was accessing the room good I decided to sleep in my van instead of sleep in the room otherwise he would've intruded in on me while I was sleeping I'm glad decided to sleep in my van after the confrontation with the gentleman I spoke with the front desk advise them of the situation I have my head the previous situation last nig... read more
