This hotel is in a good place for guests to enjoy the great outdoors as well as Aurora's urban charms. Cherry Creek State Park is a must-visit; many other attractions, including the Pepsi Center and Denver Zoo are less than fifteen miles away. The rooms are decently modern and are very well-kept; staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly and will happily help out with any inquiries. Long and tiring trip. Couldn't wait to leave and get back home. After the first day, no one emptied the trash or gave us clean towels, we had to ask for them. My great grad-daughter crawled on the floor an got black on her knees and feet. Carpets need a shampoo. Keys stopped working after one or two uses. We won't be coming back next year. Location. After our first visit in 2016, we decided to book there this year.
Overnight pleasure. The location and facility is dated, but on an overnight stay, that is of little concern. Staff was efficient, room was comfortable.

Okay Pool was out of order my whole stay and that's was one of the main reasons for staying there

stay was ok but the rooms need a makeover & the breakfast area & options need improvement breakfast was not that good, syrup was out, not too much to choose from, not many napkins, water dispenser was out of water & seating area was too small, also bathroom was configured oddly & a light bulb in the bathroom was out that never got fixed even when we asked the front desk to fix it location was good & close to a train station
