Fair It was in poor condition for a La Quinta. It was old and poorly maintained. They did not provide any soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Price did not reflect the quality. Comfortable bed.

Okay Rooms needed little more cleaning, needed electric outlet behind nightstand and it was dirty which looked like body fluids back there. Pool and towel availability.
PAID MORE THAN IT WAS WORTH KILLED 2 SPIDERS IN THE BATHROOM ALSO THE CARPET UNDER THE HEAD BOARDS HADN'T BEEN CLEANED IN A LONG TIME THERE WAS TRASH AND DUST BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE

Wake up and have coffe with the hooker next door. Bathroom is ridiculously small and the pillows were ridiculously small wouldn't even consider them pillows. Was basic and clean

My stay was comfortable and spent a lot of time with family! Didn't like giving up our initial room. Moving rooms was not fun. Shopping was handy. My family was near, within 15 minutes of the hotel. University hospital was close as well so I could visit with my new great grand-daughter. Restaurants were near and a variety.
Excellent except for price difference within 3 months. Didn't like that within 3 months of booking the same motel, same type room, & same number of occupants the cost was $40/night MORE than just 3 months earlier. Front desk person was very personable & nice. Continental breakfast had a lot of choices. Room was very clean.
