Disappointing Drab interior Overpriced for double beds
Poor Better price
OK for apocalyptic, "end of the world scenarios", but stay away otherwise. Just about everything was in bad condition - except the staff members were very friendly. I am a business traveler who needed to book a room in Denver at the last minute. Due to a concert, there were only a few rooms available anywhere. Usually Quality Inns are OK, but this hotel needs a complete teardown. Stains and damage everywhere, only small hand towels in bathroom (stains on towels). No blankets on the bed, only a sheet. Won't come back. Staff was lame and there was a homeless person standing outside our room. Didn't like that I asked for a kitchenette and didn't get one. Breakfast was OK, need some fruit or toast. Something more. Coffee was gross and shouldn't come out of a box.
Vert noisy at night. it was clean one staff member was rude Our last night there the guy next to us was playing very loud music. We complained to the office and the one that was there the night of May 4 Came and told him to turn it down at 11:00 pm . He didn’t turn it down so at 11:30 pm we called the office again and she told us we could call the police. We did and they didn’t respond until the next morning. The music finally stopped at 12:45 am In Shower location
Worse Experience ever . You guys charge me for the night . And I was never in the room for more than five minutes , because It was the wrong room . And to make matters worse, we repeated that for the next 45 min. and 3 different rooms later. All that, just to not have a room to stay in at the end of the night and get charged for it . I got most of the money back .
