Disappointing long term stayers after work gatherings outside of room doorways close to mine with loud talking etc until nearly midnight. Breakfast was nuke-n-puke sausage/egg biscuits or breakfast cereal. parking close to my first floor room. Good Mexican restaurant just across the parking lot. The wheelchair in the back of my truck was still there in the morning.

Unpleasant Rude management told my guest that e could not extend his stay. I paid for my brother to stay while his new apartment was being prepared. Booked 3 days and needed extend 2 more days. Received notification that they (apt needed another 48 hours. When he asked to extend 2 more days, he was told no because other people need a room and he could not stay there forever. There are several reasons why he was unable to extend the king suite. We do not allow an extended stay when renting out king suites, guest are only allowed to continue to stay in that room if it is available no longer than 4 days, in this case it was not available, and I personally advised him that he was unable to rent that room again before he attempted to make another reservation. Dirty , smoking around the building . The charge that went from 135.00 to 499.00 ridiculous can’t believe they charged that on Friday and 260.00 on Saturday. Thought it was only 134.00 , don’t think I will use booking again hidden fee on room Nothing not worth the amount we had to spend

Ummmm no Really run down. Mattress was old and stained, but didn't see any bed dugs. Sheets were clean. Carpet was shredded at the door, which was difficult to latch. Everything was for the most part clean. Air freshener was way to strong. I do not recommend this place. Convenient location and the coffee was good
