First of all the hotel staff extremely rude, elevators don’t work properly and after coming home from being there for two days I found these little rash marks on my arms. Sheets looked like they haven’t been changed, tub looked dirty, walls hadn’t been wiped down. Would pay more for a better hotel.

The room walls were dirty. The TV did not work. The elevators kept getting stuck; had to notify front desk several times. The lobby carpet’s extremely wore out and discolored. Room was not cleaned or sheets changed. Had to request service each day. Dogs inside hotel aggressive towards other guests. Very dissatisfied

We received top notch service from the initial contact with Alan to reserve a room after our furnace malfunctioned emitting carbon monoxide level that led to us having to leave our home with our 3 spaniels. He put us in a lovely ground level room which was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast offerings were also great. Thanks so much for such personal care during a very stressful time for us!

First off we should be able to give 0 stars this hotel doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. To begin with the staff is extremely rude and sketchy, the screen on the windows and the actual windows have been tampered with, the doors are busted and have been forced there is no security latches from the inside of the room I had to check out within an hour from this hotel weird vibes people outside were stealing parts from a car, men picking up girls and a sketchy car just parked on the side this hotel has beyond poor management and ... read more

I It was a very good experience to stay here! The hotel is magnificent. Excellent service. The rooms are clean and have a wonderful smell. I highly recommend it to everyone.
