Pleasant Rooms were not cleaned well. Cable TV didn't have the right channel with the show. The shower didn't drain well. People asked if we had drugs to sell them or could find them. Barely any got water. The elevator didn't work. The pool was not open. Location might be the only thing that was good about it.

Great friendly staff. I had one glitch with hot water in the room but that was quickly resolved. The location was conveniently located. Breakfast was great and staff were super helpful
Very Good The breakfast offering needed eggs. There are not enough staff at check-in. Very long wait. Perfect location for our need.
