Bad Couldn't stay had cash and a debit card and was refused a room . i will never try your chain again .it was very inconvenient to try and find another location at the last minute after i was refused.. Lady at front desk was very rude about it .really was bad business i had a reservations and funds an i was turned away.......

Just ok The proximity to the road means a lot of highway noise at an early hour. The shower nozzle was so low I had to duck to rinse my shoulders. The coffee maker was lacking the filter so unusable. There is no fridge even though booking didn’t note that. I had forgotten just how small a double bed is, it’s more like a super single. The only thing I liked was the price, convenient access and the bed was comfortable.

Dirty bathroom Bathroom was not cleaned. Pee stains under the toilet seat, dead bug smashed on mirror. Bed was comfortable. Easy location off highway.

Fair The hotel charge me 100 extra because I booked with Booking and said that I would be refund for the extra 100 and of course I haven't been refunded, they say it is your policy, so I will not be using Booking again, this is the second time this has happened to me I didn't have breakfast

Thanks for your stay with us. We do ask for a deposit that is held on your credit or debit card. Our deposit is required with all reservations not just Booking.com. It is an authorization that is released at check out and in the end your only charge is room and tax. Thanks for your feedback.
