Exceptional Cleanliness
I was visiting family. They ask me about my accommodations at La Quinta. I told him I was very satisfied and I was glad I have stayed at several La Quinta properties in my life. I could tell that this particular motel has been there a while and the grounds were a bit worn The personnel were friendly, competent, and helpful. My room was easily accessible and parking was close.
Very Good Mattress was kind of lumpy Friendly and helpful staff, good channels, good location. Lots of good things close by, including food and Red Rocks.
It was ok Clean better Housekeeping needs better inspections. I was an LQ housekeeping manager for multiple years. There were several problems with my room. Empty tissue box, no extra toilet paper, hair in the tub & stains on bedding. PTAC isn’t working properly, dead bolt on door kept sticking, so there are maintenance issues too. I would never have passed that room during inspections.
