Pleasant Beds were hard and location so so. Says its in golden but barely is. We asked for an accessible room but was far from parking. Wasn't the cleanest inside or out

We enjoyed the clean, comfortable rooms, as well as the friendly, efficient staff. We were disappointed that breakfast was unavailable, but realize the circumstances were beyond the control of the hotel. COVID-19 has caused us all to adjust our expectations. The rooms were very nice. They were clean and the beds were very comfortable. They felt modern and up to date. Especially liked that YouTube was available on the television.

Relaxing weekend, comfortable stay. The evening front desk person was very rude when we asked simple questions about our stay. Very short, not personable, but was informative on most things. During our last stay, we had a fridge for beverages included as accommodations for our room. We booked the same room special, expecting the same accommodations.. and were disappointed to find out that was not the case. Awesome no breakfast and the incidental of 100.00 now. The only thing that sucked was breakfast being cancelled. the rooms are big and very comfy beds.
