lousy. toilet seat broken tub dirty. customer service is lousy. approached staff about having trash and fresh towels 3 times out of our stay of 4 days. had an email from them this morning that they would get it done. we were gone for 11 hours and when we came back not done. at 6:15 a young lady brought us fresh towels, but as we had already showered not needed. Had I been given a refund to stay elsewhere or I would have. No carpet vinyl flooring. New beds and no homeless on the corner. No one at desk. Room had dog pee stains and bathtub was too dirty to shower in bed was old and had rut marks in it where sooo many others slept before. Homeless people yelling at me upon arrival. Had I been able to receive a refund I would have stayed somewhere else. I was shown the propert on Westminster ave but that was not the property I was sent to after booking a room.

Poor customer service! When I booked my reservations I let them know my daughter was going to be having surgery the next morning at 6:30am. Having said that, I asked for a late check out so that we could come back and take a nap. I also called to confirm, the lady said that would be no problem and then when I got there they would not allow me to have a late check out. I then made the decision to NOT stay there and will never stay at this place in the future.

Don’t do it, especially families! Pay the extra $10-$20 somewhere reputable! The list is long, but the major complaint is the men outside our door smoking weed and it coming in our room through the air conditioner. My 2 kids were introduced to the smell of weed and we had to them explain what it was that the were smelling 2 nights in a row. The rule of smoking 15 feet from a door is NOT enforced.
