Bad Extremely run down. A partial refurb is I. progress but, they waited too long and should close the hotel during the remodel. Nothing
na outside of room was dirty, broken parking lot, not good breakfast ( just granola bar and small muffin in brown bag) they should refund money back for the breakfast since we didn’t get any breakfast. Room service was good, Room were clean and Room service people were friendly.
Property was being renovated. Surprised to see the facility in this condition. Property should close during renovations. I was not notified at booking that property was being renovated. Front desk was an office where it was very hot and messy. Young girl assisting me appeared to be uncomfortable working in the poor conditions. I was not offered a sear while checking in, awkward to sign with my travel bag. Nowhere to place it as floor was dirty and cluttered space, creating an uncomfortable check in. Bad The breakfast was old and stale. The ac had a burnt type of smell
I will stay somewhere else next time No hot breakfast no phone to call front desk no refrigerator only 1 ice machine working the shower was Luke warm Room was clean, slept good, matress was firm, helped my back
