All in all good value. Parking lot was awful, very torn up. Breakfast was very minimal Nice hotel, very clean, nice staff.

Exceptional Parking Extra Charges For Microwave and Refrigerator Good Stay
Inside. Out 🤮 NO HOT WATER....tepid at best. Parking lot was almost unrivaled [potholes]. Sidewalks, building need pressure washing or some sort of power cleaning. The room was clean, nice. Comfortable bed, toiletries. Easy check in and check out. Very nice free breakfast [really liked the 'fried' much better than the 'scrambled' egg patty. The sausage patties were substantial].
