I am very sorry the room type that was reserved was for a standard room and not one of our deluxe rooms that have the microwave and fridge. I apologize for the inconvenience and understand your frustration.
The lady at check out was very nice and stated several times she was sorry for the problems Lady that checked me in acted as if I was putting her out and did not know how to put a smile on her face. If yo do not like working with the public then quit. The hot water for the tub did not work and the toilet ran all night. clean room and the morning staff nice.
