No hooks for hanging any wet towels. Needs better lighting in the room. Breakfast was ok..sausage needs to be cooked more .good coffee. Eggs need cheese or something ,very blah.

I paid $100 cash deposit . I was told I could not get my deposit back because there was stains left on the pillowcase from my turban that i wear on my head for religious purposes. I know for a fact that can simply be washed out because i wear it everyday and it comes out after washing. I’ve stayed at several hotels due to traveling for work and Ive never had an issue until now. I feel as though i was discriminated upon. Run away from this place! The front desk lady wendy is extremely rude and she charged me $60 for a small part of hair dye going onto my towel and said she doesn’t know when her general manager will ever be in to help me!! She said “do you want to do this the easy way or the hard way” and said she may even keep all my money. Stay away from here horrible customer service and horrible people who run this hotel. Beautiful clean rooms very comfortable but the lady at the front desk kept 50$ of my deposit for sneaking two extra people in when we didn’t sneak anything we had our friends there that are traveling with us and when they notified me that there can only be 4 people in a room we were trying to book them another room it took 15 min for them to leave the room and apparently that is grounds to take my deposit and then say we left the room a mess when we didn’t even mess up the beds we slept on top of the blankets nothing about t... read more

Overall very good. A bid odd to locate. Dodnt have a 1st floor room which wasn't convenient for taking our dogs out to walk. Fridge still had food in from the previous person. Front desk very nice.
