Exceptional Wonderful stay
Was not what was advertised. The room advertised free breakfast and a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The hotel offered none of those. We went into the lobby to use the microwave in the breakfast area to heat up food and the next morning when I walked in I noticed nothing was laid out for breakfast and was told they do not have free breakfast. They had a fridge to the side of the front counter and some breakfast items for sale. It was somewhere we could go close to Houston with our pets for evacuation. The staff was f... read more
Overall well No fridge in room. Couldn’t get clean towels to save my life Room was clean and smelled great.
I would book again if i was in the area! Just the men that roamed around the property all times of the night, but that didnt reflect my stay because they didnt bother me or my guest. Other than that it was nice! Also the trash was pretty full The staff was very nice and the room was very clean. I loved the purple wall and the soft bedding. It really was a very nice room and we needed that because we were leaving a storm!
