You can really tell they’re short staffed. Second floor carpeting needs cleaning, of urine in hallway near elevator. Toilet seat badly needed replacing; paint worn through (clientele has abrasive buttocks?) Soap shelf in shower broken off. (Maintenance notified and they responded quickly.) Great location, pet friendly, quality front desk staff, comfortable bed. Decent WiFi Bagged breakfast better than most others. Housekeeping did a great job with room.
Very Good No pet area or lawn. Construction of new rail nearby Great quiet jacuzzi tub in separate room allowing for privacy. Comfy king bed. Pet friendly. Did not hear construction noise inside.

Good for comfortable bed, close to mall and good A/C There was NO mention of the pool being closed 'under construction" apparently when booked. They adversized there was a pool, which my kids were very much looking forward to, but sadly - no. Cost the same without amenities. We had great A/C during a heatwave and it was close to the mall as well as free parking with no problem finding a spot
Good It was the elevator and the public hallways to the room that had an odor. Also, a misunderstanding for the first night day, the rooms were not serviced. Late at night, there was a detour you would need to take to get to the hotel because of construction. They renovated the outside building and reception area with new modern furniture. Appreciated that they had some small bites for breakfast and coffee in the lobby.
Rooms have a nice layout, things were clean. Water didn't go up all the way to the shower head. Room layout, air conditioner worked well

Good The mattress was very soft and not comfortable. There was construction going on and still had plaster powder in bathroom and on door frames. Grab and go breakfast was good. Affordable price for a quick overnight stay.
