A lot less $$ than closer to Seattle. You have to put a keycard (or any other card) in a slot to get the lights to work. The bathroom has complicated switches that turn the lights off automatically. Not a plus if you didn't notice the setting. The light at the sink is built into the mirror, along with a heater, but since the sink is in an alcove next to the bathroom, it's not really needed.
