Good property. Needs administrative support to make it a great property. Need hot water! No hot water. Only warm water in the room. FIX THE PROBLEM. You lost a repeat customer. The hot water was not hot. My wife took a bath with all hot and no cold and it was not hot. I did the same last night and then again this morning. All hot and no cold means the water was not hot. I told the front office but that was a waste of time. Breakfast was very good but potatoes would have made it great.
Excellent The homeless people in the parking lot gave a uneasy feeling if your car was going to be broken into. Rooms were clean and breakfast was great. Staff was the best part of the stay.....friendly and welcoming!
