Great location, excellent customer service and very nice hotel I've encountered two intoxicated homeless people wondering near hotel when I went across the street to Super supplements store (not on hotel's property) but I guess it's a problem not just in Lynnwood, Seattle is a lot worse Very clean and decent sized rooms and bathrooms. Exceptional The little cation is the primary reason we chose this hotel. It offers good value for the cost and allows our group to access the things we need while in the Seattle area.

Exceptional A knob was missing on the closet door... other than that it was clean and comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly. We like that it is pet-friendly and the location is perfect!
Good The hot tub was closed down. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows.
