Exceptional Bed needs replacing Could use another comfortable chair All the staff were pleasant and helpful
I staff was great. The place need a lot of work. The parking lot, looking down out the window at the mess next door.there was a lot of thing that needs to be fixed or upgraded. It thought for the money it should have been better, i felt like it was at a motel 6 It was close to family
the staff did well with what they had to work with The breakfast area was too small. Not enough room for the people. The food was crowded together and not arranged properly. The milk was not kept cold enough, nor was the juice cold. The workers did a great job in trying to keep up with all the guests. I really HATE using the TINY plastic utensils to eat with..... The bed was comfy, but the pillows could have been nicer

The location was convient for a fairly quick drive to Seattle Center. Could not adjust the water temperature in the shower! Quick commute to our destination. Polite staff, quick easy breakfast.
a place to sleep Very Very basic and sterile. No plugs near the bed. almost threadbare, but clean. It was a place to sleep for the night.
Exceptional Hot tub was out of order. No ice machine or vending machines on my floor. Clean, quiet
