Comfortable, great location. Can improve communication and info with travelers There was a large spider in my room - the long legged house variety - crawling on the wall in the morning and quite a few cob webs on ceiling. Took me a long time to understand the mirror - clearer instructions as to keeping the card in the slot on the wall would have been helpful. The TV remote was horrible. I gave up. Great location, need to keep breakfast full Bathroom containers said Dove products, so I used them as Dove is a trusted brand for my sensitive skin. They were definitely just cheap hotel soaps put into the Dove containers that were attached to the shower walls. They didn't smell, feel or work like Dove products. Clock in the room was off by almost a half hour, so we were late getting to the pool before it closed. I don't like it They kept depositing money for up to 14 Days and returned after up to 14 days. Don't give them by credit card, just pay cash and before you leave the hotel give your money. the old hotel The oldest elevator with too much noise I was scared a bout stocking there It was too far to downtown Free breakfast but it's not so good it was smaller They didn't have a real cream for coffee. And theyn't have free bottles of water. It was just clean.

Fair I needed decent WiFi & it was horrible, very frustrating. It was my second stay there. I don't think I'll be able to choose staying there when I visit friends in the future because of that. Most members of the staff were pleasant & helpful.

Overall my stay was nice for the price and location. Although I did wait to say something to the staff and should of said something sooner. I was disappointed that the remote barely worked. I’m not sure if the batteries needed to be replaced or what. Some buttons worked and only if I stood in a certain place. Uncomfortable! It was really dirty our room! The room was super dirty, crumbs on the floor, super dusty, lipstick on walls and like food stains, there was even a toothpick left in the bathroom sink, etc etc
About a 4 Card key to run the a/C and small room and elevators Breakfast was excellent., room and elevator were very small , didn't care for the card key in the wall to run the air conditioner and the lights . Cause the room was very hot and it would of been nice to come back to a nice cool room.
