Disappointed we paid so much for a bad view, loud room and poor service. At check in we wanted to pay with a different card than was used to hold the room. Without asking she ran the card and was rude when we said we did not want to pay with that card, she was preoccupied and not listening to anything we asked about. Staffing could use a serious upgrade. The hot tub (over 10 people) and pool had so many guests in it until close and no where to put down our clothes or towels except the wet floor. Disappointing Location. Run down. Hard to turn shower on. Phone didnt work in room. Reported that twice Room smelled worse than a smoke filled room.

Okay WIFI is very poor in the bedroom. air conditioning blowing-in cold air when I turned it off and woke up at 3am because so cold. so i have to turn it on whole night on the second day breakfast but close to early on Monday
Stayed here before because the beds are comfortable. But all the same other problems every time. TV cable didn't work very well. I assume it was streamed. Not good to have in a hotel. By the evening, everyone will be watching and slowing it down. Internet was lost too many times. Sewage smell, a couple of times in the evening. Pot smoke could be smelled in hall. Bed was like a cloud. Breakfast was good
Wasnt worth the money The staff was not nice and the room was dirty and several things in the room did not work. The light on the desk didnt work. The tv was broken. The was no microwave but if you were there more than 6 days you could request one. Every hotel has one but this one. Very dirty also. Our daughter was having surgery at the Seattle Childrens hospital. Location
