Reliable and consistent hotel experience. Would like to see less plastic. Other hotels install shampoo and bodywash dispensers that are refilled rather than using tiny plastic tubes of body wash and shampoo. Amazing staff The bed seemed older and was a little lumpy. The people above us were very noisy at 5 am. They woke our baby up, which meant no sleep for us. Of course, this isn't the hotels fault but was a bummer. The staff here is fantastic. Everyone we encountered was friendly. Loved that they are dog friendly and offer cribs. The breakfast was good with hot foods like biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage etc.
