Okay room, but will not be back due to their policy to require extra payment to check in early I arrived at the hotel about an hour before check in. no one was in the parking lot, so I assumed that getting into the room would be no problem at all. It was not problem at all, except they wanted me to pay $25 to check in early. I have never experienced having to pay for a room that was clearly available and there were no other people clamoring to check in. I felt that was outrageous and not good customer service.
