Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. I was a little frustrated that there weren’t enough towels in the room for the amount of people staying in the room. I think that there should be enough towels in the room for the expected occupancy of the room. The front desk did give us more towels when requested, but it would be nice to not have to ask. Excellent location for family visit Breakfast could have used some variety. Served exact same thing both mornings. The location was perfect for our trip. Staff was friendly, facility was very clean.
Pleasant The front desk staff was high as a kite and kind of rude. My shower was CLOGGED. The hotel is immediately off I-5 and the traffic noise was real - rooms ending in even numbers face the highway. This place was recently renovated and is very close to the SoundTransit 1 line, a 90 minute train ride with transfers to SeaTac.
