Good I did not like the fact that I contacted the staff the day before about which was the closest subway stop and they never got back to me. The people who checked me in were not polite but rather rude and not very helpful. Breakfast was a little weird. It was continental but had breakfast sausage that did not match anything else and I would suggest that they switch to paper plates instead of styrofoam . Pleasant The windows were not sound proof, so there was a lot of noise from outside. The receptionist made a copy of my debit card, that made me feel very uncomfortable. It was clean and comfortable
Good Very poor breakfast, after the first day we didn't bother going any more. Rooms could use a little more dusting. Good connection to Manhattan A few good restaurants in the area

Hotel is good, but have breakfast somewhere else. Breakfast: some days only sausages, no eggs, if you want a donut, be sure to go early. Need more choices, some mornings only breads available(bagel,muffins, loaf of bread) Personnel can't keep up with demand of coffee & hot water(for tea) Personnel need to change gloves after handling trash! She just emptied trash(pushed items down in bag to close bag) and then went to refill sausages. That was the last morning i had breakfast in hotel. Very Good Er zijn wat onderhoudspuntjes. Maar dat was voor ons niet storend. Perfecte liging. Binnen 15 minuten sta je op Time Square. Lekker rustig buiten de Manhatten drukte. Ideaal te bereiken vanaf La Guardia en JFK Airport. Ontbijt basic, maar voldoet prima om de dag te starten. Keuze uit brood, bagels, donuts en cereals. Koffie, thee, sapjes aanwezig. Basic hotel, maar voldoet prima. Hele goede prijs/kwaliteit. Zal er zeker teruggaan.
