Location and free parking!! Rooms are a bit outdated. Bathrooms as well. Clean enough. The heater in our room was very noisy. They came to check it after we complained but it stayed noisy and we didn't get much sleep. Wi-fi is horrible. Breakfast was good and aboundant. Staff was courteous at all times. Location was great, very close to line 7 train station to Manhattan and just 3-5 stops from Grand Central and Times Square. We liked that they have a rear space with parking spots.
