Okay Shower wouldn't work and hairdryer Bed was very comfortable, great location to subway
Pleasant The shower was a bit hard to figure out. A sign would have been nice.
Short and sweet enough. You need a Security box in the room or in your office for folks like me who are used to complete security of money and documents when travelling. In fact, this is the first time I have had to do without one in my constant travels to the U.S. and further, even if the stay is a few days. You also need to be more generous with your TV channels. pleasant the halls ways were not properly vacuumed. But the rooms were very clean
VERY disappointed Breakfast was terrible. Parking was VERY limited. Cable tv was horrible and had very few channels, all of which were fuzzy. Room smelled, Hotel needs significant TLC. bed and shower were ok
Eh. Did not look like te picture. The bathtub was broken. Not a great area. Lock on door was broken. Wifi was awful and there were like 10 tv channels.
Awesome After we left, I had questions what I sent via e-mail, but never got an answer :( During our stay everything was perfect. Very helpful staff, they printed our our tickets to our next destionation. Comfy beds. Easy access to trains to Manhatten.
Hotel looked a little tired! All the polystyrene at breakfast??? Location and ease to get to Citi Field
