OK The building is quite old and somewhat smelly... The breakfast is Ok, do not expect much from it. Be aware that you will loose some time of your trip commuting. It often takes 40 min. in the 7 line to get to Manhattan. We had a problem with noise in the room, but they immediately changed us to another room when we complained about it. Very close to the metro and local shops. The location itself is great, although it takes a while to reach Manhattan by metro. The coffee machine in the breakfast is very useful!

For couples or families I suggest you consider some where else. It was not clean, had bed bugs, and breakfast was very poor. It is close to City Center.
It was ok for one night, but next time I will try to find another place. The bathroom was badly cleaned and some things were broken. The hotel is very close to a subway station and one can even go by foot to Manhattan.
