Very Poor I stayed there before, and it was good. This time was the worst experience ever. The staff wasn’t helpful. The font storage the luggage. They’re not serving breakfast, because of the pandemic but others hotels are serving breakfast. The room had a very bad odor. The room rug was wet, tha shower was dirty, even having hair in the wall. If you can avoid to stay there, please avoid it. I literally trashed the money. Just location was acceptable
Disappointing Our room had a jacuzzi no running in it because it had a huge broken hole on the side of the wall of the jacuzzi. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling and mold on the edges of the tub. The place was clean in a decent area, very little parking for the guest of the hotel. The room was nice and large for a hotel room in New York, Long Island City
No deberían promocionarlo Hotel sucio, Mal oliente, Humedad, Moho, Habitacion con telas de araña, Cucarachas Polvo, Cama en mál estado, Sábanas y toallas viejas, mal lavadas, El personal de recepción atiende pésimo. La ducha funciona mal. Solo la ubicación del Hotel es buena.

Una noche de escapampadero Por un poco mas de dinero recomendaría escoger otros hoteles de la misma categoría que están mejores ubicados y tienen mayores servicios o bienestar para el cliente. Como por ejemplo que permitan el uso del parqueadero, punto de bebida caliente, una ducha limpia, una atención mas amable o que por lo menos dejaran guardar el equipaje por unas horas mientras se realiza el check in.
