Very Poor Me dieron una habitación que no era lo que yo había pagado muy mala calidad

Disappointing Washroom pipe block bathtub. AC vent dirty.
Not clean, no service and poor breakfast! Very dirty, staff at receptiin rude and arrogant! I noticed as I checked in a lady asked help with some luggage, when they said no she asked where would she find the luggage cart and receptionist answered: go find it from some floor... breakfast floors very dirty, no place to sit, tables vere never cleaned. Very poor choice as well, coffee being the worst! Nothing
Disappointing
Good El desayuno son prácticamente donats, y comer todos los dias eso es para engordar sin duda (además hay un McDonals cruzando la calle). La tv no tenia señal, avise y me dijeron que iba a ir alguien a reglarlo, el cual nunca fue. Al otro día alegué por lo mismo y ahí efectivamente fue alguien mientras no estábamos a arreglarla. El aseo no tan bueno, la alfombra estaba sucia, habia una mosca muerta a la bajada de la cama La ubicación
Okay The room was dated, and the windows were filthy. The location was great and the No.7 subway was a 5 min walk away. It took 12 mins to get to Times Square. The breakfast was okay, but you could eat what you wanted. There was an ice machine on each floor,and each room had a fridge
It was not so bad that we had to leave, but I was afraind it was going to be. It was very filthy. Breakfast was poor (hot breakfast was 2 poor items that no one was eating). Staff was not friendly. Beds were not clean. The hotel was close to the 7 line.
Poor Typical free breakfast ( coffee, donuts, bread and bagels, cereal and orange juice) nothing fancy
