Not so good The front desk staff doesnt smile and not helpful. They don't mind about their guests.
The most irresponsible hotel and staff! When we arrived there, the guy at the reception said that our reservation was cancelled by the manager because he encountered a problem with my credit card. I checked online my reservation with booking and everything was confirmed. After showing him my confirmation and asked why I wasn't notified for this cancellation, he pretended that he had not received my contact from booking.com. Disappointing When you walk in there was stairs to go up. There was an elevator but still have to fo through the stairs to get there. That made it more difficult with a 2yr old with us. The breakfast was free but limited and bread was so hard Close to the attractions like times square and central park
Not the best choice. Rooms feels cramped and dark. Walking distance to subway station and restaurants.
