Awesome The manager I believe is what she is kept asking what room we were in like if I snuck in somehow.. that was annoying especially since my kids & I kept to ourselves & while in pool we remained the same way to ourselves and in a good manner (voices/tone)

Awesome HONESTY It’s was all great until the end I paid cash and they said they still needed my card in the system I understood that and I asked them multiple times y’all won’t take any money out from there and the answer was no and once I make it home I look at my transactions and I see that they they pulled out 80$ And I called and it’s the same answers I am very frustrated Bc I live 5 hrs away and that was my money for my truck payment
Overall a good place to stay. The bathrooms were pretty small. Also, the rooms are definitely not sound proof. Our room was right across from the hallway ice machine. There were a lot of construction workers staying there and they would fill their coolers with ice at around 5am every morning and wake us up. This would continue on & off for about an hour. Great location. Close to restaurants. The room took forever to cool off. The curtains had been left open during the day. I was surprised that the pool was open--those outside the pool were not wearing masks. I loved the location and the grounds for the pets. It was more than I expected. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was unexpected. The room was very clean.
Pleasant Walking into the room it had a very strong odor like wet dirt may have been the carpets. It was disappointing but that was my only issue. Room was clean
