Disappointed The inside of the hotel was rundown and water was super hot, couldn’t regulate the water to shower. The location, close to the hospital

Very Poor The air conditioner was not working in the room and I let staffing know throughout the night. They had no more rooms and couldn’t accommodate me and all I got was a sorry and a $18 refund. Very poor customer service from the morning staff. I will applaud the night shift staff worker as he at least attempted to find me a fan and felt sincere with his apology. The stay was pretty good other than the tv not working and the wifi being slow. The TV did not work and the wifi was very slow. The location was good and the price was very affordable.
Apart from small rooms, the facility location is great, however the staff were awful. The man just made us feel uncomfor The restroom was small, the ac was off in the facility so our room the first night was super hot. The staff were very rude and constantly watching us through windows and circling around our room we felt unsafe. The breakfast does not have a lot of seating so we ended up not going to the breakfast. The location was great! The pool was nice and the room had a cooking top in it.
Worst hotel in the whole area The bed had coffee stains. The ceiling above the bed had mold and a bunch of moisture, especially after showering. The towel hangers were completely rusted. The bed was equivalent to sleeping on boards and everytime you move it makes a horrible squeezing sound! The pet area that we paid extra to use had someones trash all over the place! Other than the stinky carpet the stay was fine Our room smelled like old carpet as soon as you entered the room. We bought air fresheners but it still didn’t help. I recommend the carpet be cleaned asap Breakfast was fine , location was fine
Disappointing
Disappointed, won’t stay there again. No hot water for shower at 9:30am. Very noisy until 12am. Pet-friendly except no mention of $25 fee until checking in, room was $80. Seems exorbitant. Breakfast selection was mediocre at best. Room was clean.
