Very Good Was clean, staff friendly Great location
Good I didn't like the small beds and the breakfast was just terrible I liked the location and affordable prices we we're only 6 miles from downtown which is where we went our whole trip.
Pleasant The room just felt so cramped and small. Bathroom was especially small and door did not stay closed. The bed sheets had stains on them and I'm pretty sure we saw dried blood stains as well.

It's a great hotel with your budget. You have everything you need, location is excellent! If the breakfast room is little bigger to accommodate the guest. The breakfast is great, only problem is that they have very few chairs and table to seat.
