one big thing I always expect is that the staff is friendly and helpful and in this case everyone that I talked were ver did not have time to check out everything about the property due to just staying one night clean, well lit at night, loved that access to property was keyed so no strangers could access building

Good enough for the price. Nothing fancy, just like being at home. Simple. My room was in the little building I’d front of the main building, carpet is a little off and dirty in the stairs, no elevator. Room was clean, location is very good with restaurants around and near a main freeway. Bed was comfy, fridge was useful, Great AC
