People will always remember how you make them feel. I didn't feel like the manager cared. They shut off water without notify us and when we called they gave us a 1hr eta. My daughter and I left and came back 3hrs later since we couldn't bath or flush toilets just to be told that the issue wasn't resolved but cold water was available. So instead of soaking our sour muscles and relaxing from the traumatic ordeal that had us hiding away in a hotel, we had to wipe ourselves down, because who's taking a cold shower in the middle ... read more
