Good Clean location and room Sad that the city’s water was shut off when I arrived but it wasn’t the hotels fault.

Very Good The room is lacking blackout curtains. With an exposure to the parking lot and many lights outside, this is very uncomfortable for sleeping in the dark. Let alone trying to sleep during the day in the dark. However, we asked at the front desk and they sent a staff member with a blanket to help us cover the window to darken the room. Very Good The shower didn’t drain well so our floor stayed wet. TV selection was limited. Nothing to watch.

Best hotel we have ever stayed in Nothing that I didn't like took care of our every needs. They were the absolute best. Hotel under some renavation, but is one of the cleanest and most appealing hotels we have been in. Thank you much, Jay and the rest of your crew. Will definitely be back again soon.
