Pleasant Bath sink extremely slow to drain. Took 15 minutes or more to drain. 1st room had several problems. However, staff immediately and graciously moved me next door. All good except the drain.

Thank you for promptly addressing the issues with my room and moving me to a different one. I truly appreciate the staff's professionalism and graciousness. However, I wanted to mention that the bathroom sink in the new room drained extremely slowly, taking 15 minutes or more to empty. It would be great if this could be looked into for future guests. Otherwise, my stay has been pleasant. Thank you again for your attention to these matters.
