Great hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great location
Needs Improvement We were very disappointed and not happy with the fact we made our reservations four months in advanced requesting top floor rooms, they said it wasn't possible. The guests above us were very loud and noisy, younger group was running in hallway after midnight. All finally quite about 1am. Bathroom was not totally clean. Mold and mildew on soap shelf, behind door, floor had not been swept or cleaned, there were hairs and lint in corners. The Staff was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Exceptional Hate to even mention this, but whatever they used to clean with left a very strong odor all night probably wouldn't bother most but I had to use my asthma inhaler Everything was great as far as Comfort cleanliness and courteous staff.
Ehhh was alright Staff. I felt very rushed by the front desk staff,and that came across as rude to me. Also, the front desk staff tried to charge my debit card, (I took steps before hand to block the charge as I was paying with cash upon arrival) with out me being present, or authorizing the charge. Having worked for hotels all of my adult life, I know that some hotels will do this, although it is NOT standard operating procedure.if check in is not until 3pm, I should not see a charge on my account at 10am.
