They're dog friendly and a decent breakfast in the morning. Clean rooms and WiFi. All you need . Dairy Queen, Sonic, Taco Bell and others all within walking distance.

it was a very clean place with friendly staff An the price was good to be a pet friendly environment.
Location is easy to get to off I 35. Several places to eat around the hotel. Room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was average. Same as most hotels. My only complaint is the hallways and elevator were very hot. Felt like the furnace was on. But my room was a cool 69 when I entered which was nice since I didn't check in until 11 at night.
